Shallow water Anchor Handling –Miss bee
OCS has a lot ofexperience in the Shallow water anchor handling. OCS owns and operates a tug boat ‘OCS Miss Bee’ to support the shallow water anchor handling activities. Since 2016, after OCS added Miss Bee to its fleet, she has completed key strategic projects in Vietnam& Singapore. OCS has dedicated crew to manage and maintain the Miss Bee.
The key features of Miss bee are
- Shallow draft : 1.6 m
- Anchor handling A frame t stern (15 t @ 4.7 m)
- Knuckle boom crane with a moment capacity of 25 t.m

Future Upgrade Plan:
The company has decided to upgrade the boat and add some features and new facilities inside. The length of the boat will be increased from 15.85 m to 18.85 m. This is to accommodate more accommodation underdeck. Additional 6 more bunk beds under deck are proposed apart from the two existing bunk beds on the main deck. These will be handy while carrying out operations in remote areas. In addition, the access to the wheel house will be added from inside the superstructure to aid in access during inclemently weather
