230 Kw Diesel Driven Hydraulic Power Unit
OCS’s 230kW Diesel Driven Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is designed to support heavy-duty pipe pulling operations through seamless integration with our 60T Hydraulic Single Mooring Winch. Powered by a NISSAN Diesel RF8 engine rated at 230kW @ 1500 rpm, this high-capacity HPU ensures consistent hydraulic performance even under demanding conditions.
The unit features a Bosch Rexroth A11VO260LRDS piston pump, delivering 350L/min of hydraulic flow at a working pressure of 210 bar (with a pressure setting of 230 bar). It is equipped with an OK-ELD6H/3.1/24V/1/S air cooler to maintain optimal oil temperature. With a 1,125L hydraulic oil tank and 400L diesel tank, the HPU is designed for continuous operation, supporting long-duration deployments.
Weighing 5.5 tons and measuring 3.8m x 1.8m x 2.0m, this HPU is compact for its output class and offers full control of the winch’s spooling motor, clutch, brake, and ratchet system via the integrated control panel. With only one unit currently in our fleet, this HPU remains a critical asset for executing precision-controlled pipe laying and mooring tasks across challenging marine environments.
