The overall scope included laying of two pipelines (42inch) from SPM to Beach (6.9km and 7.8 km), laying of an interconnecting line between the SPMs (2.1kM), installation and hook up of SPMs, hook up at onshore valve station.
OCS scope included
- Beach Pull of the two Pipelines
- Provision of Foam buoys (3.9mT Buoyancy) – 1000nos
The high tidal variation (>5m) and also the small trench made the beach pull very challenging with very unique problems which need unique solution. The beach pull was completed to client’s satisfaction.
