Keith Jackson
Managing & Technical Director
Keith brings over four decades of deep expertise in offshore construction and marine engineering, and is the driving force behind OCS’ technical excellence and operational growth. As Managing & Technical Director since the company’s inception, Keith has led OCS with a rare blend of hands on field experience and visionary leadership, shaping it into a best in class offshore services company. Prior to founding OCS, he spent 16 years with J. Ray McDermott where he rose to Division Manager, overseeing complex oil and gas infrastructure installations across Asia Pacific, Australia, East Russia, and the North Sea. His career spans all facets of marine construction from jacket and topside installations, floatovers and FPSO moorings, to trenching, pipeline welding, and major barge upgrades. Under Keith’s leadership, OCS has grown into a multidisciplinary powerhouse, staffed by a highly qualified engineering team and equipped with proprietary strategic equipment. He continues to anchor OCS’ capabilities through his relentless commitment to deliver well engineered, constructible, and cost effective marine projects.

William Wijaya
Project & Construction Manager
William Wijaya is a seasoned Project and Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience delivering large scale offshore oil and gas infrastructure across Southeast Asia. He has led end to end execution of complex installation campaigns involving fixed platforms, FPSO mooring systems, submarine pipelines, umbilicals, and topside floatovers. William’s strength lies in practical project delivery managing marine spreads, coordinating fabrication and loadouts, overseeing heavy lifts, and executing subsea tie ins and pre commissioning activities. Prior to OCS, William held senior operational roles at J. Ray McDermott, Heerema, and Tripatra, where he was instrumental in projects for clients such as ConocoPhillips, PTTEP, Chevron, and Total. With extensive on vessel and site based leadership, coupled with an MBA, William combines both business leadership with engineering depth and operational rigor to ensure safe and efficient field execution across challenging offshore environments.

Loke Kah Poh
Project Manager
KP Loke is an experienced offshore construction leader with over three decades of hands on involvement in the planning, engineering and execution of complex offshore oil and gas infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific, Australia and Caspian in Russia. He has served as Project and Installation Manager on a vast portfolio of projects, including topside floatovers, jacket launches, flexible riser installations, subsea pipelines, beach pulls, FPSO moorings, and major decommissioning efforts. Since joining OCS in 2008, he has helmed multi disciplinary teams on projects for clients such as Shell, PTSC, Petronas, JVPC, VSP, HESS, ENI, MODEC, Premier Oil, and LUKOIL. Prior to OCS, Loke held project leadership roles at J. Ray McDermott and Heerema. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Structural), and is strongly committed to the safe, timely and cost effective delivery of all marine construction projects.

Rakul Remanan
Engineering Director
Rakul is the Engineering Director at Offshore Construction Specialists (OCS), where he leads engineering operations across Singapore and India. With more than 25 years of offshore experience, Rakul has delivered a wide range of practical engineering solutions spanning fixed platforms, subsea pipelines, umbilicals, flexible risers, jackets, topsides, and heavy lift structures. He is deeply involved in the full engineering lifecycle from concept development and FEED to detailed design, installation analysis, and offshore execution. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to numerous major offshore campaigns across Asia, the Middle East, and Russia often under tight timelines and with bespoke engineering requirements. He is proficient in industry leading tools such as SACS, ORCAFLEX, STAAD.Pro, MOSES, and GRL Weap. Prior to OCS, Rakul was a Senior Structural Engineer with J. Ray McDermott, Dubai. A post graduate of University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore, India (M.Eng. in Structural Engineering), he brings a methodical, hands on approach to engineering management, mentoring, and execution, ensuring that OCS consistently delivers robust and reliable offshore solutions.

Fery Wijaya
Construction Manager
Fery Wijaya is a seasoned offshore construction professional with 22+ years of experience across Southeast Asia. As Construction & Installation Manager at OCS, he has successfully delivered complex projects, including platform installations, subsea pipelines, FPSO moorings, and brownfield modifications. His notable achievements include the Lima Complex live deck raising an industry first using synchronized hydraulic lifting and leading FPSO projects in Thailand and Indonesia. He has managed large scale subsea tie backs like the BIGP development and executed EPCI projects for major operators under tight deadlines. Previously, Fery served as a Senior Field Engineer at J. Ray McDermott, working on the Arthit CPP floatover, and held key roles at PT Timas Suplindo, including the Lima Subsidence remediation. A civil engineer by training, he is known for his safety focused, execution driven leadership in challenging offshore environments.

Pravin Thorat
Engineering Manager
Pravin is a seasoned Engineering Manager at OCS, bringing over two decades of experience in offshore structural and installation engineering across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Russia and North America. Holding a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Bombay, Pravin has led engineering scopes for complex Transportation & Installation (T&I) projects involving jackets, topsides, pipelines, risers, and subsea systems. His expertise spans FEED, detailed engineering, floatover methods, shore pulls, pipeline bundle installations, and umbilical analysis using tools like SACS, Orcaflex, and GRLWEAP. Since joining OCS, he has served as Project Lead Engineer on critical assignments for Shell, ExxonMobil, Total, ONGC, Lukoil, BW Energy and others, managing full cycle engineering delivery for projects up to 48 inch pipeline installations and deepwater jackets. Prior to OCS, Pravin held senior structural engineering roles at Swiber Holdings, NPCC Engineering and Ashoka Builders focusing on offshore and onshore structural design and construction.

Ivan Chai
Construction Manager
Ivan Chai is a Construction Manager at OCS, bringing over 20 years of expertise in offshore transportation and installation engineering, field operations, and construction management across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Caspian Sea and North America. At OCS since 2011, Ivan has led numerous complex offshore projects including platform installations, platform floatovers, riser and spool tie ins, pipelay, decommissioning, and nearshore civil works for clients such as PETRONAS, Pertamina, Shell, ENI, and ExxonMobil. Prior to OCS, Ivan held senior engineering roles at BT Offshore, and worked on major campaigns with Nippon Steel, Sime Darby and EMAS. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Marine & Offshore Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Settha Yoosomsook
Construction Manager
Settha is the Construction Manager at OCS, bringing over 22 years of offshore experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America. He has successfully delivered a broad range of complex and technically challenging offshore projects, including the transportation and installation of offshore platforms, pipelines, rigid risers, subsea spools and structures, flexible risers and flowlines, control umbilicals, flying leads, pipeline hot tapping and plugging systems, pipeline beach pulls, FSO mooring systems, pipeline pre commissioning, and subsea control system commissioning. Settha is recognized for his leadership and proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in challenging and logistically complex marine environments. Prior to OCS, he held senior engineering roles with Technip, Swiber, Nippon Steel Engineering and Syntec Construction, where he led construction engineering and offshore execution for numerous high profile projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (2003) and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (2001).

Liza Taperla
Office Administration Manager
Liza brings over two decades of experience across HR, finance, and administration, with a proven track record in supporting complex operations in the oil & gas and marine construction industries. In her capacity as Office Administration Manager, Liza oversees office management, project administration and the full spectrum of HR, while ensuring smooth manpower mobilization for OCS’ various offshore projects. Known for her meticulous approach and ability to integrate people, processes, and systems, Liza plays a key role in enabling OCS’s operational efficiency and supporting its growth across international markets. Prior to OCS, she held senior roles in HR and finance with regional EPC and environmental services firms, further strengthening her breadth of expertise in people and business operations. Education wise, Liza possess a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accountancy.

Ivan Tan
Tendering & Proposal Manager
Ivan is an experienced Tender and Proposal Engineer, and responsible for developing competitive technical and commercial bid submissions for OCS’ suite of marine construction equipment and services. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and robust field experience, Ivan combines practical insight with analytical precision in bid preparation, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination and contract negotiations. Prior to his current role, Ivan served as a Field Engineer, where he supported the execution of notable projects such as the Tra Vinh Intertidal Wind Farm (Vietnam), Premier Oil’s BIGP Development (Natuna) and Shell’s SBM Subsea Hose Replacement (Singapore). His unique blend of expertise in offshore operations and proposal engineering enables him to align client requirements with field executable, cost effective solutions.

Anne Koh
Subcontracts & Procurement Manager
Anne is OCS’ Subcontracts and Procurement Manager with over two decades of versatile experience across the marine, offshore, oil & gas and defense sectors. She plays a pivotal role in managing high value packages, contract negotiations, vendor performance and project sourcing for major offshore developments. Prior to OCS, Anne worked at Keppel Shipyard, FMC Technologies, SMOE,Hallin Marine and the Republic of Singapore Navy. Her tenure at Keppel Shipyard saw her managing procurement for the Petrobras P78 FPSO project, overseeing full cycle contract administration and international vendor coordination. Armed with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Diploma in Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering, Anne brings a unique blend of technical depth and commercial acumen to OCS.
