OCS has developed a proven system for efficient soil plug removal and internal cleaning of subsea piles. The soil plug removal system utilising OCS designed and built Jet Airlift system combined with our unique high pressure volume pump skids and air compressor.
The system relies on high pressure water through nozzles located in the jetting head to break up the soil formation and an airlift to remove the formation materials. The pump generates 2000 USGPM at 600psi and it can be configured in series with another pump to generate 1200 psi of pressurised water.
